At TCGPop, we want every order to arrive in the condition you expect. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Your Return Window

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Items that were originally factory sealed must remain unopened and sealed. Opening, altering, or tampering with a sealed collectible may make the item ineligible for return.

When a Return May Be Accepted

Eligible returns may include items that:

  • Remain unused and in their original condition

  • Are returned with applicable original packaging

  • Have not been opened, altered, or tampered with

  • Meet the conditions described in this policy

Items that have been used, opened, modified, or damaged through misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Received Something Damaged or Incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us promptly.

To help us investigate, include your order number and clear photos of the item. For product verification, please provide a clear photo of the item/product barcode located on the back of the product, rather than the packaging barcode.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

For a return requested because of a change of mind, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.

When an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us, TCGPop may cover the applicable return shipping expenses.

How Refunds Are Issued

Once an approved return reaches us, the item will be inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 2–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Need to Cancel an Order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us before it enters processing or shipping. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
