Processing does not typically include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

International: 11–15 business days

Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Delivery Delays
Although we work to ship orders promptly, delays can sometimes occur because of circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
TCGPop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and shipping information.
If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
